All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Processing Time

Each artwork is prepared and packaged with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order is shipped, unless otherwise stated on the artwork listing.

For commissioned works or special releases, processing times may vary and will be communicated clearly at the time of purchase.

Shipping Within Australia

All artworks are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery (Australia)

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times within Australia are:

• NSW & VIC: 2–5 business days

• Other states & regional areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select artworks. If international shipping is not listed at checkout, please get in touch via the contact page to discuss options.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging

Original artworks and prints are packaged thoughtfully and securely to protect them during transit. Wherever possible, sustainable packaging materials are used.

Delivery Issues

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork so the issue can be resolved promptly.

Upcoming Releases

New works are released periodically. Shipping details and timeframes will always be clearly listed on each artwork at the time of release.
