Refund policy

Due to the nature of original artworks and limited edition prints, all sales are considered final.

Returns

I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Please review artwork details, sizing, and imagery carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions prior to ordering, feel free to get in touch and I’ll be happy to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at michellequinterart@gmail.com including photos of the packaging and the artwork.

Once the issue has been assessed, I will arrange a replacement (where possible) or a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
